How to Apply
Deadlines for applications for entry in Fall 2010:
- April 1, 2010 for all applications for Fall 2010
- October 1, 2009 for all applications for Spring 2010.
Students are encouraged to apply early, by Sept 1 for spring and Jan 1 for fall. Admissions are processed on a rolling basis so that early applications can result in early decisions in most cases.
The following application materials are required for a complete application:

- Non-refundable application fee

Transcripts from all prior institutions. Official transcripts must be mailed to the address below. Applicants are encouraged to submit unofficial transcripts can be submitted online. A pdf file is preferred, or you can enter the required information in web format.

Three official letters of recommendation. At least one of these letters should be from an academic teacher in an advanced course in mathematics or statistics.

TOEFL/IELTS Test Results (This is required if English is not your first language and you have not attended a college or university where English is the language of instruction).
GRE scores are not required for this program. However, applicants who took the GRE General Test are encouraged to submit their scores with the other supplemental material.
